Consultation

I provide organisational development and quality improvement consulting for fold who need a hand, with a pay‑it‑forward / what we can model that supports small, under‑resourced initiatives alongside fee‑paying work. I help organisations map and streamline processes, strengthen governance, do reporting, rosters and weird bitsy jobs. I do this to ensure I can dedicate a portion of my time  to community projects that would otherwise miss out on this support and skills that they can’t prioritise to succeed. 

If I can't do it, I'll say, it's about seeing good-shared values and making positive connections.
